President Trump in his Inaugural Address on January 20th, 2017 stated: “we are transferring power from Washington, D.C., and giving it back to you the people.” Does your experience say we are able to exercise those full and Rightful powers that we seem to possess? Would restoration of our people’s common-law jurisdiction back into our County provide us with proven answers?
IS COMMON LAW A POSSIBLE SOLUTION?
Join our discussion of unwritten common-law which derive their authority primarily “from usages and customs of immemorial antiquity” as our Creator endowed “unalienable Rights, among which are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness”, providing the foundation for our Declaration of Independence of July 4th, 1776.
“--That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of [We] the governed.”
Did we consented to all the taxes, licensing, permits, traffic tickets, unwarranted arrests, government control of children, and other horrors? Can restoration of our liberty, property and family protections happened through restoration of our common-law jurisdiction?
WHAT IS AN ASSEMBLY?
We begin by creating a Brevard County Assembly of We the People as means for all of Brevard to discover and to recover all of our liberty, property and family protections. We plan to meet on a monthly basis, to discuss the fantastic benefits of restoring Brevard County common-law jurisdiction according to our founding fathers design.
WHEN & WHERE
This first Meeting in Assembly of We the People is scheduled to begin at our Lake Washington Park located on the west end of Lake Washington Blvd. around noon on Sunday, May 21st. Arrive early to possibly observe St Johns River and its alligators. “Boat ramps are open 24 hrs./day.” (This park is remote from convenience stores so it is best to bring a picnic cooler, and perhaps some folding chairs for greater comfort than the wooden benches.)
All of We the People of Brevard County, excluding government employees and BAR members, are asked to attend and participate in this and future Meetings in Assembly to exercise our fundamental right of Self Government and are open to the public. Please encourage your adult family members and friends to attend. Please email us at Brevard.firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know how many of you are planning to attend this May 21st Assembly meeting. Email us, too, if you prefer simply to be informed of progress. If possible, please consider helping to organize and establish these Meetings in Assembly of We the People and learn about the nearly 1000 year proven history of common-law. We need your full knowledge and support to grow!
You’re invited to join our monthly meeting. We value your participation. Please respond back to Brevard.email@example.com to let us know if you plant to attend. Or if you wish to be kept informed of our progress. Return to the main article for further contact information.
