Sign our petition for judicial & legal reform. These signatures will be forwarded to State and Federal lawmakers to accomplish the following:
Please note: signers of this petition will be forwarded to lawmakers, as well as subscribe that subscriber to a newsletter to update that signer of any new developments.
1. Abolish Federal judicial offices that legislate from the bench ...or... fail or refuse to uphold the U.S constitution in its entirety.
2. Bring accountability to judges and attorneys, since they are currently unregulated, regulate them and bring those judges, attorneys and law enforcement equal justice - equal to the same citizens they are ordained by God to protect; yet, are outside of the law due to immunity laws and a Bar association which is "internal regulation" or simply put, the fox is watching the henhouse.
3. Bring jury by trial to the family courts, or...
4. Abolish family courts altogether
5. Revise 28 USC 1443 Federal Removal statute to include equal justice for the person of white race, not only minority race, as is presently written is discriminatory and reverse racism.
6. Abolish gender biased father hatred in our family courts.
7. Remove all judicial immunity for an judge, attorney or police office who violates the civil rights of a U.S citizen. Those judges, attorneys and officers should be subjected to the same length of jail time as that citizen, should that citizen be wrongfully convicted, an "eye for an eye".
